The analysis of the buildings and the determination of possible modernization measures are based on an AI-supported evaluation of a wide variety of data sources. Together with experienced partners, we have the very precise building data required for this. Like the Solar and Green Roof Potential Map, the Energy Saving Potential Map is a cloud-based application. No installation of the software is necessary on the part of the municipality.

Results that convince
The proposal of measures and the estimation of modernization costs for the individual buildings are based on the AI-supported evaluation of laser scan data. In addition to the individual roof shape, the number of storeys, the building height and the area used as well as any directly adjacent buildings are recognized and included. The result is a digital twin of the individual building and the building structure of a city.
Based on available parameters from publicly accessible data, other very precise building data and the additional qualification by the owners, the modernization effort and the necessary investments can be calculated. For data protection reasons, we only grant access to the portal to local authorities. The access data can be sent centrally or on request. We offer solutions for both options.

The refurbishment check records the energy status of residential buildings and helps to identify potential savings. The results are incorporated into the energy savings potential register and promote municipal planning and civic commitment to reducing energy requirements.
The refurbishment check records information such as the year of construction of the building, refurbishment measures carried out, heating type and age, use of renewable energies and the condition of external walls, roof, windows and basement ceilings. Ventilation and energy consumption are also taken into account.
The anonymised data from the refurbishment check is incorporated into the energy savings potential register, which gives the local authority an overview of the refurbishment status of the residential buildings. This information supports the planning of the municipal heating supply and the switch to climate-friendly heating systems.
The refurbishment check can be carried out via your local authority or municipal utility company. Once activated, homeowners can enter relevant data such as year of construction, modernisations and the condition of the heating technology. Please do not hesitate to contact us.
The energy saving potential is calculated using geodata-based simulation, taking into account factors such as year of construction, location, climate and building volume. A refurbishment recommendation shows the measures with the greatest savings potential and their cost-effectiveness.
